Arangio & Shinnick Enterprises, Inc. is the touchable example of the American Dream. Two best friends (Domenic Arangio and Kyle M. Shinnick) start a small company cutting neighborhood lawns for only $10. It was our “lemonade stand” but instead of selling lemonade we sold service. But, not just any type of service, our service was to be honest, dependable and reliable. Customer referrals made our business grow. And grow it did! Today, that grass cutting business has flourished into a large company. We provide property management and maintenance services as wide ranging as changing light bulbs, to demolition and clean out of homes, apartments, retail stores and industrial spaces. A full range of landscape design, maintenance and construction services are available through our LAWN PROS division.

You see, as our customers enjoyed the services we provided, they wanted us to do more. Since Landscaping is a seasonal business, we decided to keep busy in the winter by painting, tiling, cleaning, and eventually buying an investment property to “fix up”. After over 10 years of maintaining residential, commercial and industrial investment property we have gained a wealth of experience. We know that to be successful owning property, it has to be maintained on a routine and emergency basis. We have crews available 24 hours a day to handle any contingency. Whether a tree has come down in a storm or water is flooding a basement, our trucks are equipped with pumps, generators and lots of tools.
Do we have subcontractors? The simple answer is yes. Most of the time the service is performed by our employees, but sometimes we need to use someone who has a specialty service. Don’t worry, we do all the phone calling. Over the years, we have developed great relationships with some of the best contractors in the area. We have licensed carpenters, electricians and plumbers that work for us on a regular basis.
We provide Interior and Exterior Property Services to Property Managers and Property Owners. Over the years we have provided service for residential investment property, malls, government buildings, banks, restaurants, industrial space, retail space and of course homeowners.
